Occasional Catalog Sneak Peak - FMS116

Finally getting a chance to play with Pre-order for the Occasional Catalog.  Saw the Sketch Challenge at Freshly Made Sketches Blog and went straight to my pre-order box of supplies.   With all the snow we have had recently, it was nice to use a Spring/Flower Stamp set. . . .makes me wish for warm weather!  :)

Chevron Gorgeous Grunge Card

This is a Modified Case of a card I saw on Sweetest Designs Blog.  I love this card and that is why I had to CASE it.   This is the last card for my December Classes.  I hope you enjoy the original and my Modified Case.

Gift Bow Die Present Card

I just LOVE the Gift Bow Bigz L Die that is in the Holiday Catalog (good through January 2, 2014).  I am not sure why I haven't played with it before now, but better late than never right?!!?? LOL  

Here is my Gift/Present Bow Card for my December Classes.   It is a simple card, but I love the overall look.    I also have a sample of a 3D Angel that was made using the Gift Bow Die as well.  I would LOVE to claim this as my idea, but i cased the Angel from Fancy for Stampin Blog.

Magic Envelope Card

I saw this technique on Kelly Acheson Blog - A Stamp Above a few weeks ago and knew I had to share with my Stampin Ladies!!   This is a great card, because you don't even need an envelope.  You can seal with on the top right corner with your stamp, add a few address labels and you are done.  

I have a Birthday Theme and a Winter/Christmas Theme card on this post, but the Birthday Theme is what we will be making this month.     Enjoy -- it is so fun!!

Made a last minute submission for the Sketch Challenge posted at Freshly Made Sketches.   I am in LOVE with my Perfect Blend stamp set!  My Stamping ladies really enjoyed making the Gift Card Holder this weekend using this set (click here for sample).     The Gorgeous Grunge stamp set goes perfectly with this set too;  makes to perfect coffee "splash/spill".

Perfect Blend Gift Card Holder CTS#52

I saw this Gift Card holder on Confessions of a Stamping Addict and HAD to make it. My version is a modified case of her sample, but I love it!  Since attending Convention and receiving amazing swaps with the Perfect Blend stamp set -- I have wanted to purchase it.   Well, I finally broke down and did it.    

I am planning on making these wonderful gift card holders as a Holiday Gift, but going to change the theme to be more festive!

Endless Wishes Acetate & Tissue Technique

I almost forgot to post my samples for my November Classes (the rest will be posted tomorrow).

The Acetate & Tissue Technique (Splitcoaststampers tutorials) card below will be made at my Club Class this coming weekend.   I used one of the newer Photopolymer stamp sets released from Stampin Up! (Endless Wishes).   I love the snowflakes and script of the Sentiments.  I decided to use two different reinkers for the technique, and I love the final product and hope you do as well!
