Ornamental Pine Cardinal Card - Modified Case

Here is another sample from my November classes.   This is another modified case card (The Stampshark; on Splitcoaststampers).   I knew I would be making this card the moment I saw it!!    I had to go out and purchase the "Snow Writer" as this is not a product Stampin Up! makes, but totally worth it!   

The small "tag" on the card was made with the Decorative Label Punch.   I saw this idea/technique on You Tube.   Another alternative is to use the tags from the Circle Card Thinlits.  

I know my Stampin Ladies are going to LOVE project as much as I do!!

Warmest Wishes Tree Punch Modified CASE'd Card

Forgot to post my final card for my Christmas/Holiday Stamp-a-Stack.   I saw a similar card on a Facebook group I belong to, but can not seem to locate it again to give the person credit (I am sorry).   I love the way she used the Tree Punch to make the tree a smaller size.   I have taken pictures of the steps to complete this look.   

I used the Beautiful Designer Specialty Series Paper (All is Calm) from the Holiday Catalog for the trees.   You use the Tree Punch to punch a full-size tree.   Next, adhere the tree (I did the "tip" of the tree) to a piece of copy paper.   You simply punch the tree again but align the "trunk" higher in the punch.    The result is smaller tree!     

I recommend stamping your sentiment prior to adhering your trees to the card.  My Sentiment is from the Christmas Bliss (Item#138897).  This is not in the Holiday Catalog but is a MUST HAVE!!

Cupcake Party - FMS156

Playing along with the Sketch Challenge from Freshly Made Sketches blog.    I have been working on so many Fall/Holiday projects, so decided to do something different.    Playing with my Cupcake Party stamp set and Cupcake Builder Punch.    Decided to make a fun background with some punched circles and an embossing folder.   This is a different technique/way to have colorful background for your cards versus using Designer Series Paper.   

The first sample is for the sketch challenge and the 2nd sample you see is a "simpler" version for my October Classes.

Merry & Bright Snowman Punch Card - Modified Case

I saw this little Punch Art guy on You Tube and HAD to make him!   Loved him so much, I decided to add him to my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack in November.    When I made my sample, my Snowman did not have arms, and I felt something was missing.    So I got our my Bird Builder punch and used the "branch" to make him some arms.   This really finished my card off.    Hope you like him as much as I do!

Wondrous Wreath Door Card

One of my favorite time of the year is Christmas!   I NEVER get tired of making Christmas/Holiday cards!!!    Here is a sample for my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack coming up in a few months!     

I knew when I saw the Wondrous Wreath Stamp Set and Framelit Bundle I HAD to have it!     I was a little concerned about "lining up" the framelit with the stamped wreath, but no worries, Stampin Up! has us covered!!    See my photos below for step-by-step instructions to make your life easier!!  ;) 

Here is the same card in Crumb Cake. Thought I would like this color better (more of a wood door color), but felt it was "too dark" for my card.  

There is a "tab" on both the stamp and the framelit!!!   When stamping the wreath, make sure you have the tab towards the bottom of your cardstock.    This also allows for easier stamping for the other layers!

Happy Birthday -- 3 fold fun card

Here is a new fun fold card  I saw on You Tube.   With the Retirement Lists (Stamps and Accessories) posted, I knew I had to use this Designer Series Paper and Stamps before they were gone, gone, gone.   

This is one of the project for my upcoming classes . . .  You may not be able to tell, but this card (folded) is a standard A2 card, so fits in the Medium Envelopes. 

I'm sure my Stamping Ladies will enjoy it and have so many other ideas to share using this fold technique!

Wonderful Mother Fence Card

I have seen so many wonderful "Fence" cards on Pinterest and decided to make my own version for my April Classes.    This is a Beautiful Spring card that could be for any occasion -- Thank You, Thinking of You, Mother's Day, Birthday Day, etc.     What you would make your card?

Hexagon Hive Soccer Bday Card

I am just LOVING the new Hexagon Hive Thinlit in the Occasional Catalog!   I knew I was eventually going to make a soccer ball out of it and finally made the time to get it done!    This card literally took me less than 5 minutes to make.   Not only is it a quick card to make, but is as cute as can be!!  

The Fringe Scissors not only make great "Grass" but don't stop there.  You can make grass skirts, any find of "fringe" effect, confetti, and more.   I was going to use the Cupcake Builder Punch for my clouds, but thought they were too small, so I went for the Word Bubble Framelits.   

Cards don't have to take hours to make to be amazing.   Don't over-think it, just do it!!!

Teapot Card - Modified Case

I saw this card on Addicted to Stamping blog and I HAD to case it!   This is my take on the card for my Monthly Club to make this month.   Wouldn't you feel incredibly special if you received this card from a friend/family member?  I thought so too!    This card does not fit in a standard A2 envelope, but don't worry, you can make one with our Envelope Punch Board.

Razzleberry Tent Topper Card
