Guy Greetings Bow Builder Punch Card Modified Case

I saw a card that Michele Reynolds, another Demonstrator had posted and knew that I had to CASE it.   This is a modified case from her sample for my upcoming classes.    

I have fallen in love with the Guy Greeting stamp set that you can find in our Occassional Catalog.   The versatility of this stamp set is endless!!    I also love that this is a stamp set you can purchase in all 3 materials (Wood #138825; $51.95; Clear#138828 $38.95; Photopolymer #137178 $25.95).   My personal choice for this stamp was in Clear.   I mounted and put some 2-way glue on the imaged side and let it dry . . . . I don't have any issues with my stamp coming off my clear block.   

The Bow Builder Punch is super easy to use.   You just need to punch two sets from the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stack and assemble.

Apple Curvy Keepsake Boxes

Hi all!   I have been super busy with the kids yearbook, subbing for school and just life in general but happy to be back in the craft room!    It is Staff Appreciation week and I am honored to make these Paper Apple Boxes for the Staff at the boys school (made 100 of them).   :)     They are being filled with Hershey Kiss for their "sweet treat day".    I hope they like them!

Moon Lake Wax Paper Technique - PP239

I am super excited to show you this project!!   I was "surfing" YouTube for some fun new technique and came across the video below about Wax Paper Technique.  I HAD to try it out and you should too!!   It is super easy and can be used for any occasion and card.    

I am playing along with the Technique Challenge from The Paper Players (PP239 - Die Cut).     My card I am submitting is using the Oval Framlits as my Die-Cut.  The background was created using the Wax Paper Technique but I embossed the wax paper with an embossing folder prior to heating it on the cardstock.   Again, SOOOOOOOOO many possibilities!!  WOOT WOOT!!  

I am pretty sure my Club group is going to go crazy over this card this coming weekend!!    I hope you like my project!

Crazy About You-Mother's Day FMS181

I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter weekend with Family and/or Friends.  We were blessed to spend the weekend with my family.  The kids had a blast playing with their Cousins. . . coloring eggs, Church, egg hunt, and enjoying the wonderful weather outside!!

Four Feathers - Baby Wipe Technique

Forgot to post samples from my March classes.   I decided to demonstrate the Baby Wipe Technique -- great way to get a multi-colored image using reinkers.   Saw a similar card on Pinterest and put my own twist on it with colors, techniques, sentiment, etc.   

My stamping ladies LOVED this card and were extremely patient while we made this card.   There were several steps and with only one of each the inks, and stamp set. . . .it did take longer than usual to complete.   I kept apologizing but they just smiled and said we love this card and to stop apologizing. . . . . . . LOVE MY STAMPING LADIES!!  :)  

You can still purchase the Four Feathers Stamp Set and Framelits -- they are part of the "Returning Favorites" from the Holiday Catalog.   The bundles are very affordable (Wood #137629 $22.75; Clear #137630 $20.25).  I would also recommend purchasing a 2nd set of the framelits so you can cut multiple at a time (Framelits #135852 #12.95).

Moon Lake Birthday - CCMC347

Getting some projects made today for my classes this weekend; I know I am running totally behind but THANKFULLY I got all caught up today!   :) 

Playing along with the Sketch Challenge from Create with Connie and Mary Blog.    I am IN LOVE with the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stack.   There are so many amazing designs for any kind of cards, but perfect for masculine cards.     I paired my card with the Moon Lake Stamp set from the Occasional Catalog.

Painted Petals FTL2 and PP235

Wanted to get some time in the craft room today so playing along with two challenges.   The Sketch is from Clean and Simple (FTL2-Take Two) and the Color Challenge is from The Paper Players (PP235).

You will see two different versions of the card below.  It is amazing how different a card can look by just changing up a few colors.    Let me know what your thougths are on the two versions!  :) 

The Painted Petals stamp set in the Occasionals catalog caught my eye right away.   I chose to purchase the set in Photopolymer (Item #137146 $23.95) but it is also available in Wood (Item#138819 $32.95) and Clear (Item#138822 $24.95).   I have found that any "Two-Step" stamps I can purchase in photopolymer the better.   It makes it super easy to line the stamps up, which is perfect and saves me a lot of cardstock!  You could always pull out the Stamp-a-ma-jig if you perfect your stamps in Wood or Clear.

Lotus Blossom Thank You - FMS175

Playing along with the weekly Sketch Challenge from Freshly Made Sketches Blog.   LOVE LOVE LOVE the sketch, can be used for so many stamps and occasions.  

I made the first sample and than decided the background needed a little something more, so took my Blackberry Bliss Sponge Dauber and went to work.   It still needed something so decided to try out the Bokeh Technique I have been seeing.  I think my techique still needs some "tweeking", but love the final result of my card I am submitting for the Sketch Challenge.  Isn't it interesting how the Lotus Blossoms have a different "look" with the two different backgrounds?
