Endless Wishes CTS#103

I know it's been a long time since I have posted a project, but with the Holidays, 3 kids, and traveling life have been busy.     Here is one of my samples for m December classes.   Thank you to the Sketch Challenge from Case This Sketch Blog for the inspiration!!  :)

I LOVE the All Is Calm Specialty Design Series Paper in the Holiday catalog and need to get another pack or two before it retires in Early January.     I was also THRILLED to the Endless Wishes stamp in the Holiday catalog; I remember how quickly it sold out when released as a new photopolymer set.     I added some of the Frosted Sequins for some "bling".

Here is another sample from my November classes.   This is another modified case card (The Stampshark; on Splitcoaststampers).   I knew I would be making this card the moment I saw it!!    I had to go out and purchase the "Snow Writer" as this is not a product Stampin Up! makes, but totally worth it!   

The small "tag" on the card was made with the Decorative Label Punch.   I saw this idea/technique on You Tube.   Another alternative is to use the tags from the Circle Card Thinlits.  

I know my Stampin Ladies are going to LOVE project as much as I do!!

Fun with Fry Boxes

Happy Monday!     Got to play over the weekend in my craft room for World Card Making Day; I hope you got to get "Ink'd" as well!    I used the Fry Box Bigz L Die to make these adorable items for an upcoming Vendor Fair.   The final products measures 3" x 1 1/2" x 3 1/2".     They are great for filling with treats, hot coco packages, post-it notes, etc.    I have only made Halloween and Christmas/Winter themed ones right now but I have other Occasions coming soon. . . .

Shaving Cream with Folded Christmas Tree

Decided to play with some Shaving Cream to make an awesome background for our Christmas Tree Scene.   The Shaving Cream technique is super fun and can be used for any kind of Occasion.   Not only can the technique be used for backgrounds, you can also cut out images and use as an "embellishment" on your card.    Trust me, once you start playing with shaving cream, you will become addicted!

Warmest Wishes Tree Punch Modified CASE'd Card

Forgot to post my final card for my Christmas/Holiday Stamp-a-Stack.   I saw a similar card on a Facebook group I belong to, but can not seem to locate it again to give the person credit (I am sorry).   I love the way she used the Tree Punch to make the tree a smaller size.   I have taken pictures of the steps to complete this look.   

I used the Beautiful Designer Specialty Series Paper (All is Calm) from the Holiday Catalog for the trees.   You use the Tree Punch to punch a full-size tree.   Next, adhere the tree (I did the "tip" of the tree) to a piece of copy paper.   You simply punch the tree again but align the "trunk" higher in the punch.    The result is smaller tree!     

I recommend stamping your sentiment prior to adhering your trees to the card.  My Sentiment is from the Christmas Bliss (Item#138897).  This is not in the Holiday Catalog but is a MUST HAVE!!

For All Things - FMS155

Don't you just LOVE fall???   Watching the leaves change and fall off the trees. . . . .   The weather is almost the perfect temperature; jeans, t-shirt and maybe a light jacket!     

Here is my card for the latest Sketch Challenge posted over at Freshly Made Sketches.   I used the For All Things Stamp set and Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper.   Beautiful Bold colors and patterns for cards or Scrapbooking. 

I really like this card and thinking it may be used in my October classes!!  I'm sure my Stampin Ladies will like it!

Merry & Bright Snowman Punch Card - Modified Case

I saw this little Punch Art guy on You Tube and HAD to make him!   Loved him so much, I decided to add him to my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack in November.    When I made my sample, my Snowman did not have arms, and I felt something was missing.    So I got our my Bird Builder punch and used the "branch" to make him some arms.   This really finished my card off.    Hope you like him as much as I do!

Holiday Home Z-Fold Card MM127

Happy Monday; or should I say Merry Monday!!  

Here is another sample for my upcoming Holiday Stamp-a-Stack.   This fun "Z-Fold" card is so much of fun and can be used for any Occasion! Decided to play along with the Christmas Bingo Game over at Merry Monday blog.     

The Z Fold is super easy, just cut your cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" -- score along the 11" side at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2".   Fold to make the "Z".

Wondrous Wreath Door Card

One of my favorite time of the year is Christmas!   I NEVER get tired of making Christmas/Holiday cards!!!    Here is a sample for my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack coming up in a few months!     

I knew when I saw the Wondrous Wreath Stamp Set and Framelit Bundle I HAD to have it!     I was a little concerned about "lining up" the framelit with the stamped wreath, but no worries, Stampin Up! has us covered!!    See my photos below for step-by-step instructions to make your life easier!!  ;) 

Here is the same card in Crumb Cake. Thought I would like this color better (more of a wood door color), but felt it was "too dark" for my card.  

There is a "tab" on both the stamp and the framelit!!!   When stamping the wreath, make sure you have the tab towards the bottom of your cardstock.    This also allows for easier stamping for the other layers!
