Birthday Wishes -- Mini Blind Card

Here is my card that my Club is doing this month -- Mini Blind Card.   You can find the instructions at Splitcoaststampers.com.    It is easier that I thought to put the card together!   The colors/patterns in the Venetian Romance Designer Series Paper is perfect for the card.     The card does not "open" but you can sign the back of the card and send to that Special person!
