Playing along with the weekly Sketch Challenge from Freshly Made Sketches Blog. LOVE LOVE LOVE the sketch, can be used for so many stamps and occasions.
I made the first sample and than decided the background needed a little something more, so took my Blackberry Bliss Sponge Dauber and went to work. It still needed something so decided to try out the Bokeh Technique I have been seeing. I think my techique still needs some "tweeking", but love the final result of my card I am submitting for the Sketch Challenge. Isn't it interesting how the Lotus Blossoms have a different "look" with the two different backgrounds?

ReplyDeleteBoth of these are beautiful. It's amazing how much the slight changes in hues of the background pieces can change the overall look so much. Thanks for sharing with us at Freshly Made Sketches!
